Give it a Go

Interested in volunteering but not sure what’s involved? Do you have some time to spare but can’t commit long term? Then why not try one of our Give it go sessions! Each month the Volunteering Team will be hosting an activity with a partner organisation, so you won’t need to worry about transport or materials!

Give it a Go- Conservation Crew Tree planting Countess of Chester Country Park Wednesday 21st February, 12pm-2.30pm Join the TCV team and take part in a rewarding one-off volunteer opportunity to improve our local green spaces and do your bit towards environmental protection. Give it a Go - Bird Box Building and Fat Ball Making

Outside Grosvenor, Exton Park Wednesday 28th February, 1:30pm - 23:30pm (drop in)

We will be outside Grosvenor, Exton Park, building bird houses which we will put up on campus at a later date. This will give birds places to nest and will help them to call the campus their home. 

We will also be making fat balls for the birds to enjoy.

Give it a Go - Wildlife Recording Countess of Chester, Country Park Wednesday 13th March 12pm - 3:30pm Join the Volunteering Team at the Countess of Chester Country Park for a chance to have a go at wildlife recording with staff from Record, our local biological records centre. Booking essential, please book via the Volunteer Hub activity listing.
